The chip is circled in red. This is the key for my 08 Coupe, so it could be different since you have a sedan. I tried to switch the chip from my coupe key to my TSX key but I couldn't open the TSX key. you can tell from the picture where I re-soldered the chip to the original key, without re-soldering the two end points to the key it wouldn't work; therefore I assume that's the immobilizer chip.
