When your drivers have finished a job from their home city to another city, they will always only take jobs return to their home
Actually, it's coded into the game that 10% of the time, a hired driver can't find a job. 10% is a sure thing ? On top of that, if the player is free to do Delivery town > Delivery town > Delivery town, the drivers are limited to do Home town > Delivery town then Delivery town > Home Town. It drastically diminishes their available jobs. #2.

3. Attempt to use the truck .. find out that even with "2. Repairs and replacing parts" truck is still not in good enough condition to "use" reliably. 4. Nimir-Raj Dec 31, 2018 @ 3:26am. It doesn't really matter. Even if you have 5 drivers, and 5 curtains, there is no guaruntee they will take the trailer at all. Hired drivers take a cargo, if you have a free trailer that would normally haul that cargo then they may take that trailer. #2.
