Don't know if this is a modded thing or not, but you might be able to export your character, find the .txt file with your character in it, you can then change the charisma to 300 and re-import it. you can now have a party size of over 150. #2.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. party size keeps decreasing. i originally had a party size of 53 and now outta no where my party size limit is 45 anyone else have this problem or advice on how to fix. It might be something in your game like an even or renown loss, after a policy passed in the faction I joined I went from 99 to 174.
